Shipping and Handling

Most items will be shipped via USPS pending payment of purchase. Items are usually shipped within 3 business days.   Items shipped within the state of Wisconsin will be charged a Wisconsin sales tax upon check out.

Inventory

Inventory is based on a first come first serve basis. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied so if there is any problems or questions you have about the product please feel free to email us at valuevillagewi@gmail.com Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your money in full for the cost of the item if returned within 10 days. The buyer will be responsible for shipping and handling costs back to seller.

Item Authenticity

Items on website are donated goods and therefore we cannot authenticate the items unless it is stated in the item description. While we want to give the best quality and selection possible it is impossible to check all items for authenticity.  However this is taken into consideration in pricing certain items.  Items with certificates of authenticity or products tags will be described or shown in the item description.

Will the price ever get marked down?

Items on webstore may be reduced in price based on length of time on site, if the item then goes unsold over an extended period of time, item will go back to the store for sale.

Can I pick up my item at the store?

Yes, we now offer you to purchase an item of Shop Value Village and have it delivered to the Value Village store location of your choice for a delivery charge of $5.  If you are interested in purchasing an item and would like to have delivered to the store and save on shipping email us at valuevillagewi@gmail.com and let us know the item and the location you would like to pick your purchase at.  We will then refund your shipping and handling fee minus the delivery charge.

Can I return my item I bought online to the store?

Yes, as long as the item is returned ten days from the purchase reciept.  We will gladly take any online purchase you have made and refund you the money of the item only.  If you had the item sent to the store, you will be charged the handling fee.  If the item was shipped to you, the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
